Returns Eligibility
Products may be returned if they meet all the conditions below:
• Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
• Item is unused and in original condition
• Item is in original packaging with all accessories included
• Proof of purchase is provided
Items that show signs of misuse, damage, or tampering are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Special order items sourced internationally (15–25 day delivery products)
• Used or installed audio equipment
• Items damaged after delivery
• Clearance or discounted final-sale items
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
• Report within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos and order number
• We will arrange replacement or refund after verification

Return Shipping Cost
• If the return is due to seller error or defective item — we cover return shipping
• If the return is due to customer preference — customer covers return shipping cost
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed after inspection:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 3–7 business days after approval
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before fulfillment begins.
Once processing or shipping has started, cancellation is not guaranteed.
